As the Midlands premium hog roast caterers we like to accommodate for all tastes and catering needs, whilst we can provide a completely bespoke service, we have listed some of our most popular packages below:

As standard our packages come with paper plates and serviettes, serving tables with linen table cloths and a gazebo to serve from (different sizes depending on space available). We can also provide crockery and silver-wear on request (additional charge).

MENU 1 – The Original Hog Roast


One Succulent Whole Hog – Slowly cooked free-range British pork, producing mouth watering and succulent meat that melts in the mouth, complete with fresh bread rolls, sage & onion stuffing and sweet apple sauce.

This menu served as a buffet, cooked and prepared by a uniformed chef.

MENU 2 – Seasoned Lamb Roast


A whole lamb slowly roasted to perfection,  seasoned and rubbed with garlic and rosemary
Complete with fresh bread rolls and a mint sauce or seasonal vegetables.

This is served as a buffet, cooked and prepared by a uniformed chef.

MENU 3 – Carvery Selection


A selection of prime joints of Beef, Lamb, Pork, Turkey or Gammon
Slowly roasted and served in fresh bread rolls with individual sauces to compliment each meat.

Greek Salad – Crispy and light leaves tossed with cucumber and peppers, finished with crumbled Feta cheese and olives and a light drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil.

Tomato and Mozzarella – The classic Italian combination of juicy tomatoes and fresh, hand torn mozzarella, brought together with tender baby salad leaves and basil, and a generous drizzle of tangy, sweet balsamic glaze.

Mixed Leaves Salad – A vibrant selection of leaves with a mixture of cucumber, tomatoes and peppers, in a light dressing, providing a perfect accompaniment for any guests with dairy-free requirements.

Chefs Gourmet coleslaw, adding a crunchy and creamy addition to your salad selection.

Fresh, warm new potatoes tossed in an olive oil and mint dressing.
