Vibrant lamb koftas, seasoned with spices and mint.

British steaks, marinated in our own in-house pepper mix.

Vegetarian burgers for any vegetarian guests (please inform us of numbers prior to the event).

Accompanied with sweet, caramelised onions and cheese.

Fresh white bread rolls.

Condiments, ketchup, BBQ sauce, mayonnaise etc.

Disposable plates and napkins.

Gazebo from which we serve should we be serving outside.

White linen table clothes for our serving tables.

Waste disposal bins provided and any refuse removed and disposed of off site for your convenience.
