Prime cuts of British meats, choose three of the following:

Turkey breast joints.

Tender loin of pork.

Smoked Gammon joints.

British topside of beef.

Welsh leg of lamb.

Vegetarian burgers for any vegetarian guests if required – We must be made aware of vegetarian guest numbers upon booking, or two weeks prior to the event date.

Fresh, soft white bread rolls.

The traditional accompaniment for your chosen meat selection; cranberry, apple, horseradish etc.

Disposable plates and napkins. (Crockery available at a hire charge)

Gazebo from which we serve should we be serving outside.

Linen table clothes for our serving tables.

All served from our bespoke, convenient carvery oven.

Waste bins provided and any refuse removed and disposed of off site for your convenience.
